"Not great for viewing images"
I tried using it to look through images, but they loaded really slowly and looked rough once they finally showed up. it made the whole thing feel kind of unfinished, and it also had me wondering if there are extra fees or upgrades hiding somewhere just to make basic image viewing work properly.

"Pretty quick with large files"
It opens most of my files fast, and I haven’t really had it freeze much, which is nice. Bigger PDFs do take a little longer sometimes, but for my everyday stuff, it feels plenty quick. I guess I notice it more when I’m jumping between documents and trying to get something done before I forget why I opened them in the first place.

"Overall, it does what I need..."
Overall, it does what I need and I haven’t had any major issues. I just find myself checking for updates now and then, hoping the next one shows up a bit sooner

"License activation didn’t seem to work"
I paid for the license, but for some reason it still says it’s invalid. Maybe I’m missing something, but it’s been frustrating so far

"Works fine, but the errors are confusing..."
It opens most files without any trouble, which is great. But when something does go wrong, the error messages are vague! I ended up having to guess what the issue was, which was a bit frustrating...

Files opened just fine, and the site seems legit enough, not exactly a glowing beacon of internet danger, which is always nice. I’d still scan anything you download because, shocking news, the internet isn’t magically trustworthy. Overall though, I feel comfortable using it.

"Clunky, clunky, and not easy to use"
The whole interface just feels old and kind of messy. Stuff isn’t where I expected it to be, and even opening a file took way more clicks than it should. It feels like one of those older programs that never really got cleaned up or updated properly. I just wanted to quickly view a file, quick and simple, but the layout made it annoying. Not a great experience for me.

"Got my refund, just took a little while"
So, I bought File Viewer Plus and, it just wasn’t really what I was looking for. I ended up asking for a refund, and it took a few days before I heard anything back, which was, you know, a bit frustrating. But they did come through and refund me in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. Overall, not a terrible experience or anything, just kind of wish the response time had been a little quicker.

"Didn’t really get my files back"
I tried this after deleting a few files by accident, it didn’t do much for me. The scan took quite a while and then it barely found anything, and the few files it did show, well, I thought maybe at least those would work, but they wouldn’t open properly. Disappointing overall.

"Works when it wants to"
It’s okay for basic file conversions, but it feels like it works when it wants to. Most of my files converted fine, but a few images came out looking weird and I had to go back and fix them myself. Not terrible, just a bit annoying

"Works okay, but I felt a bit ignored"
It opened my documents fine for the most part, which is really all I needed. It does get a little slow sometimes, though. I also felt kind of ignored when I ran into issues, like there wasn’t much help or response available.

"I used File Viewer Plus to batch..."
I used File Viewer Plus to batch convert a bunch of files, and while it did get the job done, I kind of wish I’d known it might take a while for some of them. A few conversions were slower than I expected, and the layout had me second-guessing where things were at first. It’s not a bad tool, but looking back, I wish the whole process had felt a bit more straightforward and smooth.

"Heads up: the trial is really limited"
I tried the free trial hoping to actually test it out, but you can’t even save files unless you upgrade. That made it useless for me. Just a heads up if you’re thinking of trying it, don’t expect to get much done without paying.

"Kept crashing right when I needed it"
I tried using File Viewer Plus to open a handful of files one afternoon, and it just kept freezing or shutting down on me. I was sitting there with coffee getting cold next to my laptop, waiting for it to do something, and then it would crash again. A couple of the files that did open looked kind of messed up too, like the formatting wasn’t right. I really wanted it to work, but after wasting enough time, I just gave up. Not reliable enough for me

"Does the job, surprisingly well"
I mostly use File Viewer Plus for opening random video and audio files people send me, and it’s been reliable. A few older clips that Windows refused to play opened right up in this, which saved me from wasting time hunting down codecs or some sketchy extra app. The playback is basic and not exactly impressive, but in a way that’s probably its best feature. It just plays the files without making a whole thing out of it. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"I thought this would be easy to..."
I thought this would be easy to use, but I ended up feeling kind of lost. The menus were messy and I couldn’t really figure out where things were supposed to be. I expected something more simple and intuitive, so it was a bit frustrating.

"Struggles with bigger files"
I tried opening a large file and it just kind of, yeah, it completely froze on me. I waited a bit, but nothing happened, so I had to force close it. Annoying, honestly.

"PDF tools were kind of a letdown"
I tried using the PDF tools, but the file just wouldn’t open for me. I was expecting it to work more like other apps I’ve used, where you just... Anyway, it barely got anywhere, so I couldn’t really do what I needed.

"Honestly a good deal"
For the price, I thought it was actually fair. It opened a bunch of files I needed without much hassle, and it saved me from having to buy a few separate apps, so... yeah, I’m happy with it overall.
